ABOUT ILDEFONSO

Ildefonso is a finance leader with extensive experience in corporate finance, financial planning, and controlling across multinational, FTSE100, and SME environments. He has led FP&A, reporting, and cost management functions for global operations in industries including automotive, packaging, food, and renewable energy. Across Spain and the EU, Ildefonso has developed financial planning and controlling departments from the ground up, defined reporting standards, and integrated financial data into executive decision-making processes. He has also held senior finance roles, where he oversaw financial performance for 14 legal entities across Iberia and Morocco, managed capex reporting, and supported group-level audit and compliance. In parallel, he is a professor of financial management and accounting at business schools across Spain, bringing academic rigor to his practical expertise. Ildefonso combines technical depth with strategic insight, helping organizations strengthen governance, improve financial transparency, and scale with discipline.
